The Mercy Physician Billing Office is dedicated to assisting patients and their families with billing and insurance related questions and concerns. Our staff is also available to discuss options for financial assistance or payment arrangements should you experience difficulty in paying your portion of the bill.

The Central Billing Office has moved and is now located at 1200 University Avenue, Suite 200.  In addition, we have changed our name to the Mercy Physician Billing Office to better reflect the services we provide and the clinics and departments that we support.  Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Driving Instructions to 1200 University Avenue

From the intersection of 6^th Avenue and Laurel Street, turn right on to 6^th Avenue and proceed north to University Avenue.  Turn left on to University Avenue and proceed west on University Avenue for six blocks.  The building at 1200 University Avenue is located on the south (left) side of the street.  It is a two-story brown brick building.  Turn left into the first driveway on the east side of the building and proceed to the parking lot in back of the building.

Building Entry Instructions to Suite 200

Enter the south doors of the building and proceed straight to the center of the building.  Take the elevators on the right side of the building to the 2^nd Floor.  Once off the elevator, take a right and then take your first left to the Mercy Physician Billing Office door.  Please enter and ask the receptionist for assistance.
